About Relationship Counseling Center of Colorado (RCC Colorado)
RCC Colorado is a group practice located in Boulder, CO that focuses on couples and families. We are a team of systemic, attachment focused therapists with the primary modality of Emotionally Focused Therapy.
RCC Colorado is currently looking to hire two full time therapists with a focus on couples and family work.

Ideal Candidate:
We are seeking someone that is interested in making RCC Colorado their long-term home. Our ideal candidate is someone who enjoys collaboration and is invested in ongoing learning to provide high quality care to couples and families. Duties include:
- Maintain timely documentation and collaborate with colleagues
- Work 4-5 days/week with a minimum of 2 evenings/week
- Build a caseload of 20+ weekly scheduled client sessions
- See clients primarily in person (telehealth is possible)
Job Requirements:
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, MFT, psychology or social work
- Colorado License or candidacy licensure
- Some formal training in EFT such as EFT Externship (with plans/willingness to complete Core Skills)
- Additional training/expertise in child play therapy and/or work with adolescence a bonus
- Additional training in evidenced based trauma modalities and/or attachment-based modalities a bonus
